Susan Hendler Lederer, Ph.D., CCC-SLP (Dr. Suzy) is a Professor, Clinical Supervisor, and Undergraduate Program Director in the Department of Communication Sciences & Disorders at Adelphi University. She is a nationally-recognized expert in early language and literacy development and disorders. Dr. Suzy’s children’s books are based on decades of research-to-practice work that has been published in a wide variety of peer-reviewed journals.

Suzy enjoys yoga, swimming, and being in nature!
